How Booking Works

Pay with PayMongo
Enter your name, email and mobile, then pay by QRPh from any GCash, Maya or bank app. Hours are held 5 minutes.
Step 3
Check your email
Booking details and your reference code are emailed right after payment clears. No staff review needed.

Frequently asked questions
How long are my hours held?
5 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the hours return to the schedule.
Can I book more than one hour?
Yes, tap every hour you need, across this week or the next few, then pay once.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Paid bookings are final. Cancellations and change-of-mind refunds aren't available. The only exception is rain — see the rain questions below.
What happens if it rains before my slot starts?
The full hour is untouched, so we reschedule it to any open slot within 30 days. Message us on Facebook and we'll move it.
What happens if it rains once I've started playing?
You're refunded for the time you didn't get to play, rounded to 15-minute intervals. Time already played isn't refunded. Example: rain stops play 20 minutes into your hour, you're refunded 30 minutes.
What if I booked multiple hours and it rains?
Feel free to wait it out. Only the time you actually play is deducted from your booked hours, so nothing is lost while you're waiting for the court to dry.
How do I get my rain refund?
Message our Facebook page while your slot is still running so staff can confirm the stop time. Refunds are sent via GCash or bank transfer within 3 business days.
Do I have to check the weather before booking?
Please do. The court is outdoor and we can't control the weather, so checking the forecast before you pick a timeslot saves everyone the hassle.
Where do I find my booking details?
In the confirmation email sent to the address you entered at checkout. You can also look up any booking with its reference number.
